Fabric selection and cup structure
We begin by selecting the outer fabric and lining according to the client’s needs: balancing softness, breathability, and stability in high-pressure zones. For molded cups, lamination parameters (pressure/temperature) are crucial — they determine lift, shape, and long-term durability.
Cutting and component preparation
Before production starts, we run shrinkage and stretch tests, perform accurate marker planning, and prepare all components (cup, gore, side wing, back panel) for each size. This discipline reduces sewing errors and speeds up the serial production cycle.
Assembly, Sewing, Quality Control
The process includes cup assembly, underwire insertion (when required), joining side and back panels, attaching straps and closure systems. We standardize all operations and document them in technical cards: stitch tension, stitch length, and sequence of operations. The final step is a fit check across control sizes, a measurement checklist, and visual inspection.
International Size Systems
EU / US / FR conversions
We work with band and cup conversions across size systems: we establish the “anchor” size in EU, then verify FR (band +15) and US (letter progression after D). Fit tests on boundary sizes are mandatory before bulk production.
